Slow cooked oatmeal

It is getting colder outside and this oatmeal is ready  to warm you up when you get up. I have a small slow cooker that I bought for $10 and it is perfect for small dish like this.

For one person:

  • 1 cup old fashion oats (gluten free)
  • 1 1/4 water
  • salt

cook over night on slow temp

stir in cinnamon and raisins or cranberries or nuts

Hope it will give you a lot of horse power to get through your day.
