Chocolate chip pie

This pie is very easy to make and tastes “sinful”. It has plenty of sugar, but it is very low in fat and cholestrol.

  • Reduced fat graham cracker crust
  • 1  8oz fat-free cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 fat-free condensed milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips or carob chips

Beat all ingredients except chocolate chips. Pour mix into the grahm cracker crust, top with chips. Bake 25-30 min in 350 degree oven.

Cool and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
