Sugar Free Lava Cake

My Valentine loves sweets. I made this for my husband last night and he liked it. Since it is Valentines day today, I also made some for him and my son for lunch. It is a winner for healthy dessert.
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons white flour
  • 2 tablespoons truvia
  • 2 tablespoons dutch-processed dark cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 6 tablespoons light soy milk or fat free milk
  • 2 tablespoon non-fat greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Mix milk, yogurt, and vanilla in separate bowl. Pour wet ingredients into bowl of dry ingredients and stir until combined. Grease two 7 ounce ramekin with cooking spray. Pour batter into ramekin and bake for 10 -12 minutes or until edges and top of cake are set. Let cake cool for 1 minute then invert onto larger plate or bowl.
