Salmon Spread

Sometimes working under pressure brings best results. I needed a last minute idea for an appetizer. On a way to grocery store my daughter happened to call and we brainstormed and came up with recipe. This spread was easy and very tasty. I served it with whole wheat crackers. I think it would be good spread inside a celery as well.

  • large can of salmon (about 2 cups)
  • 3 tbs fat-free mayo
  • 3 tbs fat-free sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 drops of liquid smoke flavoring

Use a fork to flake the salmon a part. Mix all the seasonings together, mix with the salmon. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
