Gluten Free Pie Crust

It is very difficult to find all ready made pie crust that are gluten free. I feel for the people who must eat gluten free for health reasons. We try to do it as a choice, and I get frustrated as I try to find pre-made things. I experienced tonight with this idea. If you try it please let me know what you think. I am used to almond butter, so to me it tasted good, but I would love to hear other opinions.

  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 1/2 cup pure almond butter
  • 2 tbs honey

Mix all of the ingredients together in a food processor. Press into a pie pan. Bake in 325 F degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely before using.
