Maple Mahi Mahi

I went fishing with my husband and son and caught Mahi Mahi. It was a wonderful day of fishing, but the best part is trying different recipe ideas and eating the wonderful fish. I tried this easy idea the night we came home. It was easy, quick and delicious.

  • 1 lb  mahi mahi fillets
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper

Mix all of the seasoning  ingredients together. Heat a skillet on medium heat. Brush the seasoning on both sides of the fish. Cook 2-3 minutes each side or until the fish flakes. Do not over cook.
