Kimchi Ginger Salmon

I cook salmon 3-4 times a week. I have a lot of very good salmon recipes that I have come up. However,  this is ever so simple, and one of the best ones I have come up with. If you like salmon and you like spice, you must try it. It is so easy and only  has 4 ingredients. I served this with roasted vegetables.

  • 1 lb fillet of salmon
  • 1/4  cup kimchi base
  • 1 tbs fresh ginger paste or minced ginger
  • 3 tbs seasoned rice vinegar

Mix all of the seasonings together. Pour half of the sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Place the salmon on top of the sauce, skin side up. Pour rest of the sauce over the salmon. Bake the salmon in 400 degree for 20 minutes. Peel the skin off. Plate the salmon with skinned side down and spoon some sauce on top.
